I am letting my first ever from-scratch bread (some French-style-ish) rise before I bake it. I just made butter using only cream, Kosher salt, and my Magic Bullet. I am pretty stoked to eat my bread - I bet it will be good.
The bread was ok - mostly it was awesome to have bread so fresh it hurt my hand to hold it still while I cut it and butter I made that was all creamy and junk. The flavor was good - but not great.
Apparently, I suck at keeping up with my profile. Last i wrote must have been at least two years ago.
I have a degree in manufacturing engineering technology, and I work at an electronics company making communications equipment I don't understand.
I have a lovely wife, and three pretty girls. I expect we are done with kids - so I should be good to not update this for a while.
I am a chocolate nerd and I run a chocolate society in Salt Lake City for people interested in the finest of the fine chocolate.
